Der Schmelzpunkt von Aluminiumoxidkeramik liegt bei bis zu 2050 °C, und sie kann in einer Hochtemperaturumgebung von 1600 °C stabil eingesetzt werden.Aluminiumoxid-KeramikschaleEs wird durch hohe Temperaturen weder weich noch verformt und gewährleistet so eine langfristige Zuverlässigkeit. Die Lebensdauer vonAluminiumoxid-Keramikschalenkann das 5- bis 10-fache derjenigen von Metallwerkstoffen erreichen, wodurch die Austauschhäufigkeit und die Wartungskosten erheblich reduziert werden.

Unsere Fabrik
Gießverfahren: Die vorbereitete Gipsmasse wird in die Gipsform eingespritzt und muss eine gewisse Zeit ruhen, damit die Form Feuchtigkeit aufnehmen kann. Die Gipsmasse bildet einen gleichmäßigen Körper an der Innenwand der Form.
Isostatisches Pressen: Beim isostatischen Pressen werden Bindemittel mit dem Keramikpulver vermischt. Dadurch verwandelt sich das Pulver in rieselfähige Granulate, die die Formen mühelos ausfüllen.
Extrusionsformverfahren: Geeignet für langrohrige Produkte; das Pulver wird mittels eines Extruders in die gewünschte Form extrudiert.
