Der Schmelzpunkt von Aluminiumoxidkeramik liegt bei bis zu 2050 °C und kann in einer Umgebung mit hohen Temperaturen von 1600 °C stabil arbeiten. DieTablett aus Aluminiumoxidkeramikwird nicht weich oder verformt sich aufgrund hoher Temperaturen, wodurch langfristige Zuverlässigkeit gewährleistet wird. Die Lebensdauer vonAluminiumoxidkeramikschalenkann das 5- bis 10-fache der Lebensdauer von Metallmaterialien erreichen, wodurch die Austauschhäufigkeit und die Wartungskosten erheblich reduziert werden.
Anwendungen von Aluminiumoxidkeramikschalen
1.Aluminiumoxidkeramikschalenkönnen in Laboren verwendet werden und eignen sich sehr gut zum Erhitzen und Aufbewahren von Proben in verschiedenen Prozessen, wie z. B. Trocknen, Wiegen und Mischen.

Unsere Fabrik
Schlickerguss: Die vorbereitete Aufschlämmung in die Gipsform spritzen und eine Zeit lang stehen lassen, damit die Gipsform Feuchtigkeit aufnehmen kann. Die Aufschlämmung bildet einen gleichmäßigen Körper an der Innenwand der Form.
Isostatisches Pressen: Beim isostatischen Pressen werden Bindemittel mit dem Keramikpulver vermischt. Durch diesen Prozess verwandelt sich das Pulver in ein frei fließendes Granulat, das sich problemlos in die Formen füllen lässt.
Extrusionsformen: Geeignet für lange Rohrprodukte. Das Pulver wird durch einen Extruder in die Form extrudiert.
